RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS
- Please note all sales items are NOT subject to refund.
- All returns must be received by our warehouse within 7 business days of delivery to the customer, and it must be in unopened condition with the manufacturer's seal. If the package is returned in opened condition, it will not be accepted.
- Requests for return should be escalated within the first 7 business days.
- It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange or refund.
REFUND:
To request a refund for any reason, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order —
- Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
- Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items
Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank.
CANCELATION:
You can cancel an order for a full refund without any additional fees at any time before the cutt-off time.
