Savoury Mushroom Basil Sauce
La Dee Da Sauces have been in business now for 5 years and have created four sauces, which are all vegan, gluten free, keto and have no added preservatives. They are an Ontario based business so when you buy this product you are supporting a local, independent company.
La Dee Da Sauces is run by Mary, Jo Anne and Marlow who describe themselves as “the sauce queens” and we couldn’t agree more. Their products are very user friendly and are suitable for many different dietary requirements. They also support local businesses by buying local produce. For example, the mushrooms in this sauce are grown in Dundas, Ontario.
This mushroom basil sauce is a very versatile product and great to have in your kitchen. Use it on pasta, chicken, pork, fish, or even as a gluten free gravy!
Another bonus about the sauce is that if you open it and know you aren’t going to use it in the next few days you can freeze it!
Ingredients: Water, organic mushrooms (cremini, oyster, shitake), sweet onion, organci extra virgin olive oil, sweet potatoes, lemon juice, gluten-free chickpea flour, fresh basil, fresh garlic, pink himalayan salt, spices.
