First Fish - Artic Char Portions

First Fish not only deliver great products to Nibbly, but they also share similar values to us.

First Fish is a non-profit, social enterprise organization who are passionate about giving back to the community.

First Fish work alongside Inuit communities and make sure that they invest 100% of their profits back into these communities.

First Fish catch all of their fish from Baffin Island which is located in a very remote part of the Canadian Artic. Due to the fact that it is a very remote location it means there is little accessibility resulting in some of the cleanest waters in the world, which is great news for the fish!

All of the fish caught is sustainable, using local methods of fishing by the Inuit community. Using their knowledge, they only use nets and long lines to catch the fish, meaning there is little disturbance to the environment.

Once caught, the fish is frozen to lock in those key flavours and beneficial oils, resulting in a delicious and fresh product that you can enjoy!
